It seems, in my lifetime at least, that who proposes something is more important that what is being proposed. I never liked that, and FAIR is an attempt to deal strictly with the facts of how government - mostly local - operates. Non-partisan, non-editorial; just the facts. And then make it easy enough for everyone to understand".
