| The fiscal publication project on FAIR Government will be the single largest time committment we will make. Budgets will be acquired, input and then greater depth will be requested from municipalities. We'll be inputting budgets from scratch. That way we'll be able to make links when further budget documentation becomes available.
As a test case, we've selected the City of Niagara Falls, N.Y. We've chosen the budget year of 2003 which should be completed, with no open budget lines. |

| Buffalo Niagara Partnership | There can never be enough suggestions for correcting Erie County's budget situation. Buffalo's "chamber of commerce", by name the Buffalo Niagara Patrnership, submitted its own plan to the public in mid-2005.
