b. Share this work in meetings with requested departments. c. Require cost/benefit analysis in capital project requests where there are potential operating budget impacts in connection with the proposed project. |
a. Use information from cost/benefit analysis as a factor used by Development Coordination Board and Capital Project Committee in arriving at decisions.
b. Use cost/benefit analysis of projects included in Capital Budget to determine future operating budget impacts. |
